    Water flow from hole in gear case, ok?

    Hi Boaters, When I run my 2004 EFI 60hp on hose (after changing impeller) I noticed water flowing out of a small hole in the gear case. Is that supposed to be like that? I fail to upload picture... but is just in front of the screw connecting gearcase engine closest to the stern of the boat...

    Somehow, and I don't remember how, I managed to get a great offical mercury service manual for my 2005 EFI 60hp. It has tons of info about everything really. Now I would like to find the same but for a 2004 EFI 115hp. Does anyone know which one to get? And from where? Buy? Or other even better...

    Hi, I got a mercury 60hp EFI 2004 which had a 5 wire regulator...had as it turned into smoke. Ordered a new 5wire but got a 6wire which I hooked up I believe the additional red female wire is a "12v sense" cable for controlling the charge current. Where should I connect that wire? Any good...
