    Water outlet T'd

    I just bought a 1992 Johnson 60hp and the water outlet is T'd off. One of the outlets goes to the pee hole, the other is open to spray inside the cowling. Is this suppose to be like that? I do not see any extra tubing floating around that could have came off the connection.

    Water Jacket Rust

    I have a lot of rust in my water jacket that I plan to treat. My question is what can I do afterward to prevent, or slow down, the recurrence of more rust? I'm thinking of dumping paint inside, rotating the block to cover everything, then dumping the excess.
