This problem has been bugging me for several years now...I have a 56 Johnson 30hp that suddenly began to run on one cylinder. I could tell by taking out the plugs that it was the bottom cylinder that was not working...

I just picked this up at a yard sale from an owner who had no idea what it was. Any identifying decals had been sprayed over long ago with aluminum paint and the only numbers i can find on it say 462-2408 on the front and 462-36737 on the cylinder.
Oh, and it actually runs great. not a bad...
