Help!! I have an 1992 Evinrude 48 special in which the manual tilt went bad. I had to cut the rod of the old tilt but am having trouble getting the top pin out. The top pin has a cotter pin which I removed to allow it to slide or be driven out however where the pin is makes in nearly impossible...
