My 48 Evinrude would not throttle up to WOT unless I held in the choke. With you all's help I was able to fix my problem. I cleaned out the carbs and gas tank, replaced fuel line and priming bulb, spark plugs and it runs like a champ now. Thanks.
I have a 93 Statos with a 48 SPL Evinrude outboard on it. It currently has manual tilt and trim. Is it possible to put an electric trim on it? My throttle handle has the electric trim button on it. If its possible, how much money am I looking at here? Thanks .
