    cable conversion

    I'm looking at a 14' whaler type boat, 1977 with Johnson/Evenrude steering/throttle cables--I want to put my tiller 1998 yamaha 25 4 stroke on it with these cables, is it possible to use these cables; will it be hundreds$ to do so? Any opinions appreciated!
