This is the casting deck of my 15' fiberglass boat. It's plywood sandwiched between a top and bottom layer of fiberglass. I'm looking for suggestions on the best way to fill / repair the hole and make the repair sound, without replacing the entire deck.
Anyone have any recommendations for a good place to get a custom capacity plate?

You know, I was just thinking the same. The sides are fiberglass, with the floor being carpet covering wood. I'd not yet gotten the nerve to rip up a corner .. but I think I should. Interestingly, the one similar boat I've run across currently for sale on the web, shows a picture of the floor...
