    Boat pulls hard right

    Even though I have adjusted the small rudder fin next to the prop so that it counter steers to the left , my boat pulls HARD RIGHT, sometimes it gets kinda scarey, any suggestions? General Info-Motor 140 Suzuki 85 model on a 16.5 Bomber Bass Boat.
