i'm new to boating ...just bought a larson 99 with a volvo penta engine ..i was told the engine had beed rebuilt last year ...took it out for a run on the weekend and when i got back home couldnt start it , i checked the oil and it is kind of creamy , almost like coffe cream or somthing similar...
