    torque specs and sequence

    i have a 98 90hp evinrude. high temp alarm kept going off every time i hit 3700 rpms. everywhere kept saying it was the impeller, (replaced that) then it was the deflectors (replaced those)..still the horn goes off. replaced tstats. still the same....went against the advice of the dealer and...
