merc.260 alpha one. Installed new bellows this weekend went great*&%^$(.when bellows were installed looked at friend and relized didnt put glue on all ends of bellows. from the pros. will i be ok without glue, clamp is on the way it should be.or should i go threw the pain again.
alpha one: changing all bellows and gimble bearing this weekend does the bell housing have to come apart to install bellows? any other tricks and or things i should look for and do while im in the middle of replaceing.<br />thanks
