Yesterday while out fishing in my Aluminum boat I had a battery rub againt a bolt and work a hole in it. I did not find this out till this afternoon when I saw a bluetee shirt that had been in the boat had turned purple.

I have an old 16 foot smoker craft that the last guy put a deck in by riviting the wood to the ribs/stingers. Now 3 or 4 of them are cracked. The one time I had it in the water I noticed it flexing pretty good.
Can I get replacements or should I just haul it to the junk yard for scrap?

THe button on my kill switch broke off today and a new unit is $90. It looks like only the plastic button is gone.
My question is do you need it? WIth the button gone the push switch is in the out position so it should run I would think but I dont seem to have any spark.

How long should it take to get water out of the tell tale?
I had muffs on the engin yesterday and no water from tell tale . I did not want to run to long to wait for it.
I did blow out the tube so it is clear. If the impeller is bad how big of job is it?
