Trying to find a good used trigger for a 1983 85hp Chrysler. This is a Prestolite system, but I can't find a part # on the trigger unit. The engine model # is 858h36. Might also be interested in a 90hp or so whole used engine.<br />Anybody have or know a good supplier?
I have a 1982 Chrysler 85hp outboard with Prestolite ign. Whenever ambient temp is hot (80+) I lose power under load. If I lift the throttle slightly the power will pick up almost instantly. The problem is almost eliminated with the engine cover off, and worst after a long period of idle...
