My last boat was a 24' Lowe pontoon with a 115 hp Johnson 2 stroke outboard. I can't remember exactly but I think it would get up to about 30 mph with just me in the boat and clean pontoons. Once in a while I'd have to scrape the pontoon clean because overtime algae would accumulate and slow it...
