2005 Honda BF15D, motor turned over and purred like a kitten but stalled when given gas (put in forward or reverse). Cleaned carb (twice). Now motor starts and runs but goes from an idle to fast throttle only. Suggestions and ideas are much appreciated. I am new at this but...
