    or a myriad of reasons bought the ECU to upgrade from the 9.9 to the 20. Easy swap out and pulled the restictor. Finally took it out and hit the max rpm 6300 and activated the limiter before WOT(? 80%). I assume this can be corrected with a prop change but also reviewed the parts diagram...
