    Which Fuel Gauge

    92 Mercruiser 3.0 I4 How specific do I have to be with my replacement fuel gauge? Would any mercruiser gauge work? I'm guessing I need one for the specific size of my tank right? Or will it just send the the same voltage at 50% as a different sized tank at 50%? Thanks

    First engine run with no outdrive

    Planning to fire up the new engine in the boat today, but with no outdrive on yet. Can you see any problem with doing that? I mean the exhaust is complete from the elbow to the exhaust bellows. The exhaust and water should just come out the hole in the back where the outdrive ISNT right?
