    Need to know 60's Evinrude gear ratios

    Hello All. Does any happen to know the gear ratios of both the 1969 Evinrude 25hp Sportster and the 1968 18hp Fastwin? Might replace the 25 lower with the 18. I couldn't find info searching the net, and I don't have the factory manuals. Thank you kindly ahead of time.
