    Looking to get a used Skeeter, johnson gt 150 needs cylinder and carb work. Did a similer rebuild on 1985 evinrude 85 hp any similarities?

    1979 evinrude 85 hp.

    I have a problem with the rpms not going down when i go back to neutral. I believe when i ajusted the cable i did not take out the slake anyone with similar problem?

    Just one more time. Temp gauge & sender

    I have a 79 85hp evinrude. I hooked up a Amega Teleflex gauge, hooked up a sender to the head screw, with the engine off it pegs to 240 with the ignition on it wants to go further. Wires are grounded but this sender also seems to be acting as a ground. I was thinking maybe the sender is not...

    Temp sensor any help is good help

    Tournament Boat Size Regulation:

    I live in the state of PA, Just wanted to know if anyone had info on the size limitations on boats in order to compete.( PAA) (TBF) (FLW)... I THINK IT'S 17FT but i am not sure for all tournaments....:cool:

    Transom & Stringers

    I have a general question? If the transome is shot does why does that have to mean the stringers are no good also? Isn't the main purpose of the transom to suport the engine and the stringers to suport the decking ?

    Starting from scratch

    I would like to no if there is a manual that tells you how too re-wire all new gauges, I have a 85 hp evenrude outboard motor with a fuel gauge , a tach guage ,temp gauge and speedometer, I no enough to no that the previous owner didn't have a clue soooo will have to do it right. I have one...
