I have a 1989 20 hp evinrude. Some problems are starting with the carb (I think). Turn the air/fuel screw in all the way and the motor will no stall out. I think it should? Tried taking the screw out and spaying it with carb cleaner but remains the same. When I power up the motor breaks up a bit...
