Where should water be coming out? I am a newb to outboards and I dont know where to look. I figured it was better to ask than to risk frying or warping something because it got hot.. :)

Alright, I'm at a loss.
I can't get any water to pump through the sea water pump. Do i need to prime it? We've tried everything we can think of. And second, where do I hook up water muffs to get a good seal on this drive?
