    What lower units would fit a 1990 Force 120 hp? PLEASE HELP!!!!

    Hi, I have a 1990 force 120 hp motor and it needs a new lower unit. I'm wondering which lower units will work for this motor. I found a 1991 125 hp but I want to see if it would fit before I buy it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Logan

    How do I clean 1990 Force 120 Carbs????

    I started a different post about carbs but I have read that carbs rarely need rebuilding, often they only need to be cleaned. What would be the best way to clean the carbs? Pull them off? Keep them on? Carb Cleaner? Sea Foam? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!!!

    Force 120 4000 rpm @ WOT????

    I have a 1990 Bayliner Capri Cuddy w/ 120 Force, only getting 4000 rpms @ WOT w/ a new 13x17" prop? Any ideas? The boat is running 40 mph so I'm not sure what it could be?

    Went from 19" to 17" still 4000 rpm at WOT????

    I have a 1990 Bayliner Capri Cuddy w/ a Force 120, I went from a 19" pitch to a 17" pitch, but I am only getting 4000 rpms at wot, it will do 40 mph, which is 2-3 more than the 19", any ideas??? Is something else wrong, it does 40 mph so I don't think it is a dropped cylinder?

    Crack in section above lower unit

    I am new to the site, and boating in general, I have a Bayliner Capri w/ a 120 Force Outboard, I was looking at the engine this morning and found a small crack in the section right above the lower unit in the front of the engine, I am not sure what it is or what to do about it.
