Im looking for some replacement parts for my boat. The gunwale has teak on top and rectangle cutouts for a line to pass through, the cutouts have a metal insert in them to protect the teak, what are these called?
Also what about the louvered vents to vent the bilge?

Is the cross pin retaining pin a pin or a screw? Looking at it, it looks like a screw but the Seloc book I got says it must be driven out before driving out the cross pin.
1995 115. Guy I bought the boat/motor from said the tilt/trim just stopped working. The ground wire looks like its been submitted to extreme heat and If I try to trim it gets very hot. If the motor is seized will the ground get hot? Im an electrician but low voltage DC is not my thing.

I purchased a project boat last week. It originally had an I/O in it but came with a 1995 2 stroke 4 cylinder Mercury 115 in it. Are I/O tachs the same as OB tachs?
