    '05 Optimax, intermittent continuous horn problem, replaced TPS without success.

    My '05 Optimax 150 warning horn goes off intermittently, its the continuous horn not the beep type. It's totally random, might happen 5 times one trip out, then not at all the next time. Seems to occur at 8-10 mph.....horn goes off and slows me down to a crawl........don't think it has ever...

    '05 Optimax with power trim issue.

    '05 150hp Mercury Optimax that i purchased last summer has a working power trim, BUT, the rod end rollers (balls) are frozen/stuck, probably because the previous owner never lubricated them. What's the best way to deal with that? Thank YOu
