I have a Bayliner boat 18' with 2012 Mercruiser 4.3L has only 90 hours!
The engine has absolutely no issues when starting, idling and accelerating on neutral only, but once I try to accelerate with throttle (forward or reverse) the engine won't go to more than 2,600rpm and 13knots...
