I am only the second owner of this very basic 85# 2-stroke 15HP (carbed with recoil starter) but it recently decided not to fire the plugs. Don't want to just throw parts at it but need testing ideas.

Motor condition unknown (dealer figures it to be 90's era 4-cyl, 4-stroke, fuel injected).
Hull has been stripped (which is what I would have done first anyway) and appears sound and all important...
