    quiksilver 3000 clasic binding

    I am having a problem with the quiksilver control binding.Tried taking it apart but I can't remember how to get the center button off.I figured on taking it apart and checking it out. its like the release pin is hanging up and with a little force the lever goes past the bind. Any Ideas???

    warning horn on constantly

    yesterday morning as soon as I tuned the key on my 98 merc 115 to on,I got a solid warning horn.this has never happened before,it stayed on all the time.I started the engine normally,the horn stayed on. there is plenty of oil in the tank.I don't have the aux feeder tank only the motor mounted...
