I have a 9.9 johnson long shaft outboard (1981) that starts fine but idles rough and when I speed up the motor it wants to stall. I have to keep playing with the choke (pulling it in and out) to keep it running. This motor has fresh fuel, water is flowing fine, and starts fine. Any ideas. Thank...
