    1987-Mariner 20HP. At idle the motor dies.

    Good evening, I have an outboard Mariner 1987 20HP and it runnings bad. When it is at idle the motor dies. I bought a carburator repair kit and i changed it and the spark plug is a new one. Is there anybody who has an idea why my motor dies when it is at idle? I need your help please, Thank you.

    Johnson 1979 4HP becoming very very hot

    I have a 1979 Johnson 4hp. seahorse. I've just buy it; it runs very well but the problem is when it's running it becoming to be really hot and I burn myself when I touched it.     adjustment bottons on Evinrude 5.5hp 1961

    Evinrude 1961 5.5HP.Disconnecting shift shaft ?

    I need some help to know how to remove the arm of the shifter to be able to disconnect the shift shaft because I want to change the water pump. So, if someone knows how to do that, I would appreciate to have some explanations about that. Thank you.
