I have a 40 hp mariner(1977 i think) 676 BL400583....................i am having a hard time finding the ignition coils that I need............the number on the side of my coil is F6T405 i need both of them if someone could please help me!!!!
I have a Mariner 40hp outboard motor not sure what model it is 676 BL400583 if someone could help with that...........When i run wide open it is missing, i cannot run at full throttle........someone told me that it might be the reed valves but im not sure.......it misses at idle...
I have an older Mariner 40hp motor I can run wide open down river and it feels like it is missing, then it will run fine but it runs rough (missing) most of the time. It also does it at idle. i took it to the shop and they said my reed valves were stuck open......is this something that happens...
