    I ordered a CID/power pack on Amazon and I'm firing on 2 cylinders again. 91 Canadian bucks shipped, likely half that in greenbacks. ;) Its a little late in the year to do much more, hunting season and freezing weather are upon us. Thanks for the help everyone. You guys are great :)

    I changed them around and it wouldn't start at all. Put it back and it starts with one pull.

    I just bought a 1982 (I think) 25 hp Seahorse, that the seller told me idled fine but wouldn't rev out on the water. Carb, fuel pump and lines are done. Tank appears like new and the bulb pumps up hard. Plugs are new. Sure enough; when I fired it up in a barrel I could get it to run...
