Last week I did a complete rebuild of both of my carbs. Yesterday I was finally able to start the motor and with minor
adjustments the motor cranked and ran perfect. However, both of my carb bowls are leaking . I did replace
the gaskets and even took them off and reinstalled them again to make...
I have began the process of dismantling my carbs. While inspecting one of them I noticed the by pass tube tip (bottom) looks
bent or smashed. How do I remove the tube ? Its the one that goes through middle of carb chamber towards float. If the tip is
bent or closed what effect will this have ...
I removed my carbs this afternoon and look at what I found . Its not from me since my can of carb cleaner
had no straw to start with. (Lost it leaving the store) How did this even happen ? I am assuming its from
the previous owners doings or his mechanic that worked on it.
I have a 1995 Force 120 . I finally got it in the water for the 2nd time this weekend. It runs good but I still had the
issue with bottom carb leaking out of the carb. Anyways I have the kits to rebuild them. I also just rebuilt
the fuel pump. I noticed the gasket between the pump and the block...

I was done running it I noticed behind the carbs what appeared as condensation built up and cold to
the touch. This may sound like a stupid question but I have never seen this before.
Thanks

If I...
I made a couple short videos this afternoon of my 1994 Force 120 after I got it running. Maybe someone can listen to it and tell me what i might need to adjust to make it run smoother. I'm still having to clean out nasty fuel that had been sitting up before I got the boat. I am aware that it...
I have a 1994 Force 120 .I noticed this hose and it wasn't connected on the opposite end. I found the place behind fuel pump I think is where it goes. When motor is running after a few minutes that hose appears to be sneezing.
and its kind of a oily discharge. I've looked all over the manual...
Hello All
I recently purchased a 94 Bayliner with a 1994 Force 120. The boat set up for almost a year and since I got it almost 4 weeks ago I have yet to put it in water. I heard it run before I bought it and I have run it on the hose several times. I was wondering what I should consider doing...
