283 ran perfect had the marina do a tune up and nothing is the same ? New block with 50 hours ! 14 % timing was noted when new block was tuned . Reset the timing the best I can ( they had to rebuild the carb with the tune up with all problems) Now it seems there is no power can't do over 2.5...
