I am looing for some help on rebuilding the carbs. I have done duel carbs but never four. Any manuals or DIY guides would be great. wish me luck the stripers are running now. I have to get on the water.

I broke the rope on my rewind starter. I put a new rope on and tried pulling. There was no resistance. I was wondering if I didn't rewind it enough. So I pulled it further apart. and the spring sprung. (see picture). Anyone have any advice on how to put it back together? I have a repair manual...
I am wondering how to remove the tiller handle. The two gears that mesh aren't lining up. Its like a spring broke on the inside. I removed the bolt but I still cant remove the handle. Any advice would be great.
