Go to iboats site or similar site thats got the Mercury parts look up, put in your s/n that should bring up the part section. I think side mount controls will be in accessories or steering.
With part numbers you can google for prices or try ebay. I have found both searches work well.

I have always had light boats.
The poly/rubber rollers do increase the supported area (pounds/inch).
Your point is supported by some modern boat manufacturer clearly stated publicly that they require the traditional bunks and prohibit “bunk rollers”. Also several boat manufacturers supply...
Any spot you can put a roller is good idea to protect the keel. I use widest rollers that fit.
I have always tried to put most of the load on the keel because it is the strongest point. Then I adjust the bunks to carry some of the load. I think of the purpose of the bunks is balancing the boat...
Respectfully tell the seller what the new 2019 sold for and the listed used prices or better sold prices for similar boats even out of state. Also what is the bank value used and other sources for used values.
That gives you and the seller a baseline for pricing.
He can counter with more...
I would investigating a means to have fully functioning brakes while using a weight distribution hitch.
I think Ford is saying you need the weight distribution hitch for steering control and to support the suspension of the trailer and truck.
You need fully functional trailer brakes as well...
I found on boats and construction equipment that the screens in the tanks would clog it was better to remove them and install a good filter on the suction side of the fuel pump. Do they still put the fine screens in the bottom of the gas tanks?
You want to protect your cylinder walls, valves and fuel system. If not going to use the boat for more then 3 months you want to fog it, put a weather resistant cover on it, remove the hull drain plug and disconnect the battery.
Always fog a carburetor inboard engine with Marvel Mystery oil...
If the starter is junk. the starter could have stuck in the flywheel or the ignition key failed in start position and starter stayed engaged.
Same thoughts as Fun Times and Nola Mike. It would explain the smoke especially on the starboard side.
Does not require another hole in the boat hull. Leaves the existing not leaking transducer alone. Transom mounted transducer are less expensive then “through hull transducer”. Easy to install and to remove.
It is important to properly seal any fasteners into transom to protect the transom core...
Simplest troubleshooting is to start with the obvious problems.
Fuel smell. Boat fires are a big risk.
Portable tank or built in tank? Fuel smell near tank or fuel vent? Overfilled gas tank, no room for fuel expansion with temperature increase?
Fuel leak while sitting?
Fuel leak while running...
