    johnson outbord year from serial number

    hi all Having a little trouble trying to work out the year on my johnson outboard the serial numbers on the plate are 25303AC and 93749 thanks for your help

    dating my outboard

    hi all just been given an outboard which I was told was a johnson trying to date it only identifying numbers is a silver disc on the block got a number but cant seem to work out model year SJ25RPLJ just as a note the number on one of the coils is 582508 2710-0a thanks for any advice colin
