    Ted Williams 9.9 Twin Cylinder

    We have an old Ted Williams 9.9 Twin Cylinder outboard, not sure on the year of it... Plus i don't know much about boat engines. The problem is we can get it to start and run for about 5 seconds or so then it dies. When you take the spark plugs out, the top cylinder looks like its burning good...
