I have the knob on the side of the engine to adjust from slow to fast. This year I had to put it on fast to keep it running when in gear. Is there any adjustments to make it run faster at the slower selector?
I just got my boat in the water late because of sickness. I had drained my tank last year and put in 20 gals. fresh gas. I wanted to make sure the oil injection was working and added some TCW3 to it. I know it was double oil, but would that mess up my idle speed to make it slower? The plugs...
I did not use my engine last year due to health reasons. It was properly winterized and gas was drained. Now, should I mixed oil with the new gas I put in and run double mixture to make sure the oil injection is working. I was told this is like a safty thing to make sure I don't blow the engine.
My gauge isn't working. So I pulled the sending unit out of the tank, then lifted the arm and it registered full at the gauge when I dropped the arm, it reg, empty. The arm was free, so would that mean the end has a hole in it?
I just charged 2 batteries, and at the end of the charge, I put a meter on each one. It read 13.5 volts. 3 days later, without anything hooked up, The charge went down to 12.5. Is this normal?
