Manual says to apply 1/16 bead of ge rtv around each water passage on the cylinder. I see the three bigger passages but what about all...

Well found the issue. Owner told me the pump was changed 2 years ago and it actually produced a decent telltale but looking here lol...

Possible the head may have been off and makes sense the rtv may have spread out to those little holes. Thanks. I'll keep digging

Any idea what these tiny little seals around the small water ports are? Nothing is listed for that in the parts diagram.

You will likely have to pull the Powerhead off the Exhaust Housing as that is likely where any pieces of the Impeller have gummed things...
