Sorry i'm new to boats with engine like this I'm unsure what the NSS at the throttle control would look like, im assuming the throttle control refers to the throttle, if thats the case i dont actually see a button for that.
Would anyone happen to have the wiring diagram for the dash and engine? Got it as a hand me down and its definitely been monkeyed with wiring wise. Trim/tilt wont go up or down(not even clicking over) so i'm assuming bad solenoid or fuse, same with the starter solenoid, can jump her just fine...
