Hello, I was doing general maintenance on a 50hp 4 stroke Mercury that I just bought with a pontoon. I have the service manual but it is pretty gray on how to disconnect the shift linkage in order to drop the lower unit. Is there something that I am missing?
Any help would be appreciated.
