This is a 100HP Johnson. It idles and runs great but the last couple of times we have had it out when going full throttle across the lake it will just die. It starts right back up. Any ideas on what would be causing this? I am thinking maybe its fuel related but not sure.
Ok so I took the Remote housing apart because the ignition switch needs replaced. But my issue is the sensor switch for forward and reverse has broke at the bolt holes. I have the pieces. I am thinking about super gluing them together since the switch is like $300 dollars. Thoughts?
The power tilt won't hardly raise the motor, it goes down just fine but you have to assist it to come up. I think it might just be low on fluid but where do you fill it and what fluid is used? It's a 100HP.

When I was installing my new carpet the capret stuck to the fiberglass at one point and it made a hole in my new carpet....ARGG. Ofcourse it's in the main ilse between where the seats will be. What's my best way of patching this?

Hi I recently acquired a 1972 Larson that I have to restore a bit but I hope to have it on the lake this year. I grew up on a Mark Twain Tri-Hull and have always loved these boats.
I got this boat last fall and I am getting ready to fix the interior, as it doesn't have any. I am thinking back-to-back seats. Does anyone have any suggestions on cheap seats? I am in the the Kansas City, MO area
