    How can a 150 evinrude not on the VRO

    I have a 1989 Evinrude 150 XP MODEL #TE150SLCEM I suspect the VRO is bad Boat will run only if I keep pushing in on the key intermitteley to choke How do I go about disconnecting the VRO and run off a separate tank of pre mixed gas?
