My 1991 Vanguard Calais GT(made in Canada) 115 Yamaha, and shore landr trailer. Bought it last year from the orginal owner. Needed some new wood on seat bottoms, but otherwise in mint condition.

I am looking at buying a bimini top for my boat, and looking here at the store there are a few different material to choose from. Which is the best? Can you use while boating or are they just for protection while you are not moving?

I have bought a boat with a bad motor, the 1985 120 VRO. I have also located a low hour 1982 Johnson 140 cross flow. Would I be better to put the money towards rebuilding the 120, or buy the older 140. It will be cheaper to buy the older motor, but may not be the best thing to do.
