    1984 85hp force Initial start-up problem need Help!!

    From a cold start I choke the engine it starts runs for a second, then it dies then it coughs and farts. Then it will fire right up. runs great after that, its just the initial start-up. Changed fuel line,tank,sqeezer,carb kits,waterpump,fuel pump, new plugs and it still does it. anyone had this...
