    Tune-Up?

    I have a 1985 Force 50 HP. We took it out today and it would run just fine so long as someone kept pumping the hand pump on the fuel line. If we stopped doing that it would die. Does that sound like I need a tune up or is there some simple thing I need to do?

    Locate Force 50 HP lower unit for sale?

    I am looking for a lower unit for my 1985 Force 50 HP. I can't seem to find one anywhere on the internet. Do any of you have suggestions?

    1985 Force 50 HP Lower unit

    I am attempting to remove and repair/replace the lower unit on my outboard. I removed the four bolts, found the smaller shafter with the pin and cotter key and removed that, but the unit still will not slip off. What am I missing?
