well first off im missing timing pointer so i improvised. got primary timing right at 5 deg. screw was 1/4" from being all the way in. ok then opened wot
timing way off adjusted screw all the way in still 25 deg btdc screw not long enought to get timing on. can this be posable? help

can this mean it is bad or am i doing...
im trying to order a solenoid for the motor but the title for this motor says
the ser# is 0A976192. none of the parts match this. none of the 115's have a
A in the ser#. what is up with that? witch part do i need?
What the Heck would make the starter not stop. I cut the key off and the starter kept going. motor did not start so dont know if the motor would have stopped or not. just bought the boat put a new starter on it. it has the two battery perko switch. bypassed the switch and still does it. any ideas?
