    Twin 230 hp's in Allmand

    Hey guys...Im looking at a 28ft allmand sportfisher with twin 230 inboards. Owner says he can only get it to 18 mph at 3100 rpm. It only weights 8000 Seems like this is a seriously low top speed for this boat. Do you think this means something else is wrong (engine problems or water logged?) Thanks!

    Rub Rail Removal
