Yeah ,thats it , this is the 1st car I have intended to fit one to with a MAF ....everything else was carbed. And , to oil them properly takes a while for the oil to wick over the whole filter if you dont drench it . The last paper ( Ryco ) filter has lasted 60,000kms and still looks ok...
I have put them on a lot of motors over the years ....believing they were a good thing but I just read on google that they mess up mass airflow sensors , dont filter as well as a paper filter and dont add hp ( I knew that they dont add hp).
I just bought another one and was googling to make...
Every plug in every motor I own is ngk , granted there are some crappy imitations out there ( google to see how to spot the dif) .
Cant remember the last time I saw a new champion plug . We mostly have NGK ,Bosch , Nippon Denso and autolite here now , used to be all Champions and AC Delco.🙂

Yeah , I get that your lawn trimmer crapping out isn't the same as swimming home . I have bought chinese carbs for both my quads and a kit for my Tohatsu and they look real good , clean castings ,decent looking rubber bits bla bla bla .
A fuel pump , specially a vacuum diaphragm one is pretty...
Dumb thing to say 😁 I dunno just how many millions of dollars worth of stuff they sell but the fact that they continue to sell stuff strongly suggests that it does work . Some of you guys are real bone headed when it comes to alternate parts .😁
I meant that ....in NZ we have yellow turn signal indicators , the US imports ( Dodge Challenger for instance ) dont , they flash the brake light at the rear and the side light ( we call them park lights ) at the front . Different but still obvious what the intention is .🙂
Oh yeah ,I forgot you guys wire up your lights all wrong😁 , coz we separate the brake , tail and turn lights . Gotta say tho that I see quite a few US import cars and some big trucks now have the flashing brake light set up too 🙂
