can someone scan and email the couple pages in the manual for changing the pull cord on a 9.5 hp evinrude. i'm fixing for a friend and do not wish to purchase the manual. alos need to fix right away. thanks
Motor sat for years. The motor has new fuel and plugs, starts right up only with full choke even when warm. Stalls several times when putting it in gear. Got it in gear once or twice yet stalled when throttling up. Mixture knob is missing so I don't know where it is (rich or lean). Help...
